Who You're Working With

Before the work and the projects, there's a person, so let me introduce myself.

I grew up in Morocco, in a home that measured people by their effort rather than their titles. It gave me warmth, resilience, and a stubborn curiosity that never quite let me sit still.

From Morocco to Paris

Leaving for France wasn't only a change of address, it was a decision to become someone slightly braver. Every story needs a beginning, and mine starts with the ordinary things that quietly shape a person: a family that valued effort, a country that taught me resilience.

Discipline turns uncertainty into momentum, one deliberate day at a time. That's still how I work today.

What finance taught me about technology

People are sometimes surprised that I started in audit before moving into technology. To me, it was the most natural path in the world. Audit teaches you a rare kind of patience: you learn that trust, built on precision, becomes the most valuable currency there is.

The numbers were never really about the numbers. They were about trust, clarity, and how people make decisions.

On discipline

I don't believe in motivation the way most people talk about it. Motivation is a mood; it comes and goes. Discipline is a decision you make once and then defend every day.

One workout changes nothing. A hundred change your body. A thousand change your identity. The multiplier is time: and it's the same principle behind every SAP rollout, every line of code, and every website I build.

That's who you'd be working with: someone who started in numbers, moved into systems, and still treats every project with the same discipline, whatever the discipline happens to be called.
